Shipping policy

All UK orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided all security checks have been passed and then dispatched from London via our courier partners. Once dispatched we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. 

International orders are processed within 1-3 business days, provided all security checks have been passed and then dispatched from London via our courier partners. Once dispatched we aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.

Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to you to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office. 

During busier periods, courier delays are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please email contact@tenithelabel.com quoting your order number and we will look into this for you. However, once there is proof of delivery, we can no longer be held responsible.
