The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
What's the return policy?
- Return are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in thier original condition unwashed and unworn with all tags and protective packaging
Are there charges for a return?
- For UK returns there is a £4.60 charge if you use the CollectPlus option available, which will be deducted from your refund
- Alternatively, You can use your own return shipping method with no charge from us. Please use a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of postage as we won't be held responsible for lost parcels
- If a CollectPlus label/QR code is requested and then not used this will be still be deducted from your refund so please choose carefully
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For international returns the return cost will be covered by you, please use a tracked service
How do I return?
- Select the items you want to return within our returns portal
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted
- You will receive a confirmation email with the return shipping options once the return request is received
- Please ship the items back in thier original packaging
- Please include your customer invoice within your parcel, if you have lost this, contact us and we can share a copy via email
When will I receive my refund?
- Please allow upto 10 working days for refunds to be processed once returns have been received
- Once received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved return funds will automatically be refunded to the original payment method and a confirmation email of such shared
- For international orders any cutsoms and duties we may incur on retrieving this parcel will be deducted from your refund
