Return portal is not accessible

The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

What's the return policy? 

  • Return are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in thier original condition unwashed and unworn with all tags and protective packaging

Are there charges for a return? 

  • For UK returns there is a £4.60 charge if you use the CollectPlus option available, which will be deducted from your refund
  • Alternatively, You can use your own return shipping method with no charge from us. Please use a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of postage as we won't be held responsible for lost parcels
  • If a CollectPlus label/QR code is requested and then not used this will be still be deducted from your refund so please choose carefully 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable 
  • For international returns the return cost will be covered by you, please use a tracked service 

How do I return? 

  • Select the items you want to return within our returns portal
  • Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the return shipping options once the return request is received
  • Please ship the items back in thier original packaging
  • Please include your customer invoice within your parcel, if you have lost this, contact us and we can share a copy via email

When will I receive my refund? 

  • Please allow upto 10 working days for refunds to be processed once returns have been received
  • Once received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved return funds will automatically be refunded to the original payment method and a confirmation email of such shared
  • For international orders any cutsoms and duties we may incur on retrieving this parcel will be deducted from your refund
